The Luxury Smart Toilet Seat features rear and front bidet spray and back and forth nozzle for an even flow wash and massage. It also includes an elongated soft-close seat and cover to complete the smart design.
The adjustable water pressure and temperature control systems ensure that you always have a comfortable experience, while the antibacterial system keeps your seat germ-free. The cleaning system also helps to keep your toilet clean and tidy between uses.
For extra power and pressure, there is also a booster pump included. And don’t worry about stumbling around in the dark – the LED night light will guide you safely to the toilet seat!

Trouble Shooting
Thank you for purchasing an Alpine smart toilet seat. Your smart seat is packed with features, but like any technology, it may occasionally experience setup issues. If this happens, the simplest solution is often to:
- Turn off the power to your seat.
- Unplug it from the electrical outlet.
- Wait 5 minutes.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
This quick reset usually resolves the most common problems. If you continue to experience issues, please refer to our troubleshooting guide below or contact our customer support team for further assistance.
Troubleshooting Guide
- The remote control is not working:
- Check if the batteries have power.
- Check if both batteries’ polarity is correct.
- Ensure the remote control is paired.
- Ensure the device is not turned off or in standby mode.
- If needed, repair the remote to the smart toilet seat (see instructions below).
- The washing nozzle is not working:
- Check if the device is connected to power and turned on.
- Check if the water supply to the seat is turned on.
- Check if the filter and mesh filter are blocked.
- Check if the flexible inlet pipe is bent or if the water flow is restricted.
- Ensure that the seat sensor is activated.
- Ensure that your seat is not installed too far back on your toilet pan, restricting the nozzle’s movement.
- The seat temperature is not heating:
- Check if the seat has power and is turned on.
- Ensure that the remote control’s temperature function is turned on.
- Ensure the correct temperature is selected on the remote control and not set too low.
- The drying function doesn’t start or there is no warm air:
- Check if the seat has power and is turned on.
- Ensure the seat sensor is activated (the drying function requires it).
- Ensure that the remote control’s drying function is activated.
- The night light function is not working:
- Check if the seat has power and is turned on.
- Check that the night light function on the remote control is turned on.
- Check if the device is in standby mode.
Prestige Smart toilet seat’s automatic opening and closing function stopped working:

- The automatic function may have been accidentally turned off. To re-enable it, follow these steps:
- On the remote, press the cover flip button to open the seat cover.
- Turn off and unplug the seat from the power outlet.
- Wait 20 seconds.
- Plug the seat back in and turn it on.
- As soon as the seat is turned on, press the cover flip button on the remote at least five times (up to 7 times is okay).
- Check to make sure the night light inside the toilet bowl is flashing.
- Once the night light stops flashing, the process is complete.
- Close the seat cover and walk out of the room for 2 minutes.
- Re-enter the room and approach the seat to ensure it is working correctly; if not, repeat steps 1-8.
- The automatic function may have been accidentally turned off. To re-enable it, follow these steps:

Repairing the Remote to the Smart Toilet Seat
- Turn off the power to your seat.
- On the remote control, press and hold the Power & Nozzle cleaning button simultaneously for about 3 seconds or until all the light indicators on the remote are turned on and flashing.
- Turn on the power to your seat.
- Your remote will start to connect. Two indicator lights will appear on the right-hand side of the remote; this means it is connected.
