Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website & price list, however
Alpine Building Products reserve the right to make changes or amend pricing and stock availability as required. Where significant economic variations occur Alpine will endeavour to restrict variations, however, we reserve the right to make amendments as required at short notice.

Trading Terms
Payment for all goods and services supplied shall be made by the customer to Alpine within 30days from the date of the statement. Amounts exceeding 45 days will be put on stop credit without exception

Pricing
All prices stated are recommended retail prices (RRP) and are inclusive of GST. Prices may be altered without notice.

Dimensions
All dimensions stated throughout this price book are nominal sizes, variations may occur during manufacturing, care should be taken to check sizing prior to installation. Drawings specifications, explanatory literature and other materials provided for descriptive purposes are not binding.

Deliveries
Delivery dates are estimates only and the Company is not liable for any loss or damage for failure to deliver by the estimated delivery date. No liability is accepted for damage or shortage of product
unless written notification is received within 2 working days after delivery.
Insurance of goods in transit via third party carriers is the responsibility of the buyer.
All breakages or product shortages will not be recognised if deliveries are made by a third party organised by the retailer.
Claims for shortages or damages will not be accepted if deliveries occur between the retailer and the customer. It is the responsibility of the retail store to ensure all products are checked for damage, quantity and correct items before they are delivered to the consumer.

Returns
Goods returned for credit must be authorized by an Alpine Sales Representative, and must be in resalable condition, including packaging. Alpine will not be responsible for any freight charges that may occur.
For any credit claim to be processed Alpine must be provided with the following:
• Alpine Invoice Number or Delivery Docket Number
• Description of the goods
• Reason for return
• Amount being claimed
Alpine’s standard restocking fee is 20%.
