• Avoid Hard Water: If you have hard water (high mineral content), clean and dry your tapware thoroughly after each use to prevent mineral buildup.

Specific Cleaning Instructions

Chrome / Matte Black / Brushed Nickel / Gun Metal / Brushed Gold Finishes:

• Clean Regularly: Wipe down with a soft microfiber cloth and warm, soapy water or a mild pH-neutral soap.
• Wipe in One Direction: If your tapware has a brushed finish, always wipe in the direction of the grain.
• Avoid Pooling Water: Don’t let water sit on the surface for extended periods.

No Harsh Chemicals List

Warranty Information

• Tea Staining Not Covered (discolouration caused by corrosion): Damage caused by hard water, chemicals, or environmental factors (including tea staining) is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
